Hey computer dudes, I have a Linksys Wireless - G Home Gateway ADSL.
Its top speed is maximum 25 mbps. But when I am downloading a movie, it's downloading like 4kb!
Taking around 18 hours to download. And my PC Hard Drive is 250 GB and just used 48GB, no games to make it slow, any reason?

Well If You're Talking About Torrents Then First Of All Youll Have To Open Some Ports From The Router.
And The Speed Depends On The Seeder's And Leecher's
The More The Better.
And If Youre Downloading Off Torrents Its Not Necessary Good Speed All The Time

Again the same problem
I have a mobily (etisialt company) 3G USB here in KSA, which is capable of doing aroun 7.2MBps but never goes above 1.5MB or has an average speed of around 500-600KBps.
Its pretty DAMN slow, considering I pay 350 a month for it.

100 Mbps is your maximum LAN connection, not your Internet bandwidth.
