Hi All,
My office is located in Dubai Media City, and suddenly, websites such as Google, Linked In, Hotmail don't work, but websites which are locally hosted such as Zawya, Gulf Talent, Souq work.

Is anyone else facing such a problem today? I've emailed Du, but their Customer Support line is constantly busy and I'm always on hold.

Mr. Boost...read my subject line...I'm UNFORTUNATELY on Du, and it's pissing off!

I was on hold for more than that on my 5th attempt and finally got thru, they confirmed that it's a general issue all their customers are facing. So I asked them why they hadn't sent an email to all their customers notifying them of this outage and they said they couldn't because they hadn't received an update from their technical team. WTF. Pathetic customer service.

A friend in DMC confirmed this.

bro my point was to call the particular helpdesk you are facing from .. And yes no matter if their is etisalat or du . They keep on holding pplz for a long ....

When I left work at 1, it was much better. But I really felt like my driving my car into their offices. Such irresponsible morons!
