Hi Guys,

Needed some expert advice with my EK, I recently bought with the complete setup.

The EK I bought is with a B18C head and B20B block + headers (no downpipe or exhaust)

The ECU installed was the P73 (tuned I chip), which has apparently burnt and due to which the car was not starting.

I have taken the car to Zahrat Al Taif, where we have tried the P2T, P30. P73, but none of the ECU's seem to be responding the way the previous ECU was.

Either the RPM drops, the acceleration lags at 2,000 rpm or the car turns off at speed of approx. 80 - 100km/hr when I hit the brake.

The car switches off immediately when I turn the A/C on.

spent around 8 hours in the garage with no solutions yesterday.

Would really appreciate the help !!

Some pics of the car...

Hello
are you using obd-1 or obd-2A/B wiring harness ? a p30 is for obd 1 and p2t/p73 obd 2..the wiring diagram is different ..could you plug in any of the ecu's and check for error codes through the green connector jumper wire? if you don't know how to do that let me know.
also in order to disable a chip in a p30 ecu for example you have to open the circuit to revert back to the stock ecu chip but not the tuned chip
is your dizzy distributor retarded ..have you moved it ?
if you could check if your alternator is charging correctly will be good..your A/C symptom is weird
